What counts as an "hour"?
1 hour = 60 minutes of active session time. The timer runs only when your interview session is active (mic on, AI processing). Browsing the dashboard doesn't use time.
Do purchased hours expire?
No. Hours you buy never expire. Use them whenever you have an interview — this week or six months from now.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from your profile. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I run out of time mid-session?
Your session pauses — it doesn't end. Your transcript and AI answers are saved. Buy more hours or subscribe to continue instantly.
